2) sure u started *start backround.exe first?

I dont seem to have any gm power.
What is the corret way to make an account with admin or Full gm power.
Like I do the .level command and it just says n /say when i type it.

How come whenever i try to add weapons it shuts down right away?

What Iam saying is I cant seem to give myself(the owner of the server) Gm powers.
