you are probably doing something wrong... or you use a new core rev with older DB or something like that...

realmserver.conf = configuring realms (needed!)
realmserver.exe is not needed...

I cant find the antrix.conf

yea but that package has 24xx stable core... you need 3000+ for 2.3.2 if i am correct...
and you need the 2.3.2 dbc files also...

check steph's corner:

for latest ascent core revs... and DBC files
then follow the guide again... its exacly the same... you only have different core and dbc files
