You need .Net Framework for the Repack Download it from : Download details: .NET Framework Version 2.0 Redistributable Package (x86)
and if you don't have world of warcraft downloaded for some reason , then download it and then start it up

Zul'Aman will be fixed soon

For those who can't find the database
