To configure the Server or to add News you have to go to the "diskwdiskwusrlocalPhpincludes" folder and open the .php files with the texteditor or the notepad, and just edit it as I describe it in the Files.

Don't open the index.php with your browser, open "http ://localhost" with your browser. PHP is a script language which has to be interpreted by the server.
