im useing 2.8 trunk and the part where it says to put "apply" dose not exisit on mine the cheat things no there and when i put it there made it so i couldnt fly anywhere. and the item u have listed dosent have right colum amount for 2.8 core

Maybe you might do this if you want the buff and correct speed and stuff, but if you're a GM you can make a macro of this instead:
.mount 22720
.cheat fly
.modify speed 14
.cheat flyspeed 28
Then to dismount:
.dismount
.modify speed 7
.ch land
