Doesnth work to me, Error while in MySQL
I clicked on Execute, then it says: Error: Cannot start MySQL

whenever I run ascent.exe, everything goes well except when it says:

authenticating
Key: blah blah blah
result: failure, its going in a loop

hey man when i click execute batch thingy nothing happens....a box comes up and i says Server: Ascent
Database: ascent
and then when i click start nothing happens...down the bottom it says pause and stop...when i come back to my pc nothing has happened....

when i try to execute the batch thingy ma bob it says
Server: Ascent (did this right...i hope )
Database: ascent (hope i did this right as well )
then at the bottom it says start and close...when i press start and then i go off and watch tv for awhile...when i come back nothing has happened and im like...
WTF?!?!
can u tell me wat i have done wrong???

oh by the way your guide could be better by puttting in what Navicat to download....I reinstalled Navicat and tryed again...no luck...nothing happens still....could u plz help me lol im getting !

I'm gonna need a hand over Xfire or MSN to help me install this thing properly...

I followed the guide to the letter and also looked ahead in following pages to make sure I got everything, I did the configs, made the account, changed the realmlist.wtf file and everything. If I go into WoW itself and try to logon with said self-made account it simply says I can't connect.
Trying to start any of the three .exe files in the Ascent folder just get me an error and then nothing, I haven't a clue of where to look or what to do ='(

I'm just gonna remove and reset everything, if there's anyone who can talk me through this, please say it, my xfire username is carnanum.

Thanks a lot for any help. (BTW, extracting maps? I just get an empty folder called maps)
