Im having a problem with logonserver.exe, when I try to run it after doing the rest of the guide, it gives me a application error... Could anyone help me?

every time i run the logonserver.exe it only stays up for like 10 seconds then when i do antrix.exe a red error message pops up inside the box can anyone tell me how to fix this?

It just flash when i start it and i have a map called maps..

Ive noticed that a huge percentile of the posters here have the "connecting" or problem. I too even have this problem and it persists against my will.

But i have a solution that mostly works.

1. go to your repack folder and add a ".", "_", "(space)" "-" after your server name. Save and close.
2. load up your logonserver.exe and then antrix.exe ("0" ping is ok because its instantly connected)
3. load up WoW.exe use your username and pword and it might take you to the realm selection page but if youve selected it before it should load right up and bypass it.

Note: This Does Work Even If You Cant Get It To Work. It Doesnt Always Work. Try Restarting Your Computer and Repeat Steps.

Note2: the "logging into gameserver" problem is completely different to bypass that step to get to the new problem with the solution i posted, go to the original post by herleybob and replace your .Conf files with his.

For windows errors -- install .Net Framework 2.0 and it should work now.

Hooking Signals-- Load up antrix.exe when it says "hooking signals..." and once the database is finished loading both of them will load up your realm and server.


The excecutables included in the package are not bad!!!

k my logonserver.exe isnt working right it stays open for like 10 seconds and closes i thought maybe it was an instant connect so i hit antrix.exe right after it but i still get the this server connection failed will try later any help would be nice
