Easy way to make a 2.1.X Server

Im trying to execute the batch file and I select Antrix.SQL and it keeps giving me a finished unsuccessful

when trying to open the antrix exe and logonserver exe it opens then shuts right away. I have tried what you said and it still does this i am useing vista i dont know what else to do

its easy mate =) hit ctrl+alt+delete

then shut mysqld-nt.exe down and also apache.exe if thats running to =)
after that try hit the launchers again it should do the trick =)

if not just loggout from your user on windos and logg in again =)

altough i got a question to.. many ppl may know the answer to this but i dont..

im stuck at logging in to game server, and then it takes me back to my realmlist.. what can i do to fix this?

idk whats wrong. whenever i try to logon to WoW with this server, it says "Cannot Validate Game version". this also happened with my 2.1.0 server. but it doesnt happen when i log on to regular WoW. i've also re-installed WoW and it still happens. Any1 know how 2 fix this?
this only started happening after i got the new patch for WoW. i've tried deleting the newest patch and it still happens

Hey, great guide btw. I have a problem with the logonserver cmd line... It sais "Registering "Wicked Realm" under ID 1. When i try to log onto the realm it sais its not the right game version or something, i guess the server isn't registered yet, i waited for about 24 hours for the cmd line to register the realm, but nothing changes, anyone know what to do?

PS: This is public realm using Hamachi ip.

Ok im a noob im sorry, i went to teh website to DL the repack, and i just do not see where to DL it as.....all i see is a megavideo sell, do i have to register...or pay to DL it??? plz help me!

it is easy to fix =)

all you have to do is to open up your logonserver.conf

and edit the text so you get it like this



MinClientBuild = 6739
MaxClientBuild = 7272

note edit only this part!!
after that it will work =)

no you do not have to pay for it. you just have o enter the cod of 3 letters on the site =) after that u need to wait 45 seconds and then you will be able to download it =)

umm how do we make our server work now likes its all set up but i can't get in because of the new patch that just got downloaded how do i brg the server up to 2.2.X or brg the patch down to 2.1.X?? if u could help it would b of great help ok well cya l8er....BTW great guide!!!!!!!

i have no idea yet what the new number will be i guess we just have to wait a week or two to get a new DB

i think i fixed it, now the server is up. But when i try to get into it it just sais "Logging in to game server". Any idea?
