i cant see where you would need to accept any terms, and you shouldnt need to put in any username or password. at least not if you used the files i provided.
login server down would mean that your server is not working as it should, make sure you entered 127.0.0.1 as the ip in server options.

The first file got removed from filefront, compressing and re-uploading 3 smaller files now so they wont get removed due to size, will update the links when its done

when extracting it gives an error: texture.mpq is corrupted.... and when i start the game everything is just green

i dont get the error when i extract them, make sure you are using winrar. if it doesnt work with winrar it would prolly be that the files were not completely downloaded and you would need to download them again.
