ok I have tried the repacks from about 3 different editors and all of them have the same fail.they fail to load the world server.that is the problem I am having with everyone of them including this one.everything is set properly and yet I cant start the mysql or start the world server.on the lucky occasion that I can run the world server others can connect but I cant and as soon as I try to change things so I can connect then the world server wont start.I have a kick ass system to host a server from but I just cant seem to get the settings right.I have my ip hosted by the dnshost thing I prefer not to use the himachi thing it seems to only be for ppl that are on your network.so can someone please explain plain and simple how to set up the mysql and the server without using himachi so that it will actually start and work.cuase this crap is drivin me crazy.the only one I seem to be able to use is a german made sever emu and I cant even change any settings in that one cause I dont understand wtf I'm lookin at.now I have looked around at several guides for different repacks and this so far has been the easiest to follow and yet it still doesnt work.the mysql thing seems to remain blank and wont show me any of the databases.and the little thing to start the server will boot the logon server but wont boot up the world server.it gives no fail warning it just shuts off and wont boot up.

ok now neither will start they both have the same error at the end of them "Connection failed due to: 'Host 'wowhades.game-server.cc' is not allowd to connect to this MYSQL server." so uh yea how do I fix that exactly and how do I fix my damn mysql so it will actually start.

i think you have something frong with hosting your ip try repack with localhost or 127.0.0.1 if that dont work please reply

I tried another repack and i did it wihout waiting hours thats weird.

connection failed due to cant find mysql server on 'localhost' - is my error when running logon server and world... i didnt do the public hamachi part yet - im just doing a server fo rmyself atm...

if i have 3.3.2.1 am i needing to downgrade? idk if this may be the cause though - i doubt it. its not able to connect to the server.... hehe idk though for sure. its been a few years..........

fixed it - How i have no idea. I checked realm list, fine. I ran Mysql_uninstall, then Installed again - didnt work. uninstalled, pulle up the Server controller and started mysql form it - and it ran...so....i have no idea the differences of why and why it didnt work lol.

oh and starting mysql via controller didnt work before as well...

When turning on logon Server, after uploading Hamachi for public access - the world will run. but Logon will say Connection ready - then Shut itself down automaticly
and it does this super quickly. theres no error thread, ti conencts then shuts down

I'm wondering can I use the add game object command to add buildings useing this? or do i need to get a mod for it? (also wondering what the best addon is for tweeking game object coords a tiny bit at a time without haveing to type 2 or 3 100 charecter commands)

Yeah i still play live servers, and my older server was a 1.12.1 so I'm downloading the 3.0 client now, i have all the patches i need from my official folder... but i can;t get my maps till my new client is done

hmm everything works except when i launch the world.exe it says 07:43 E [Arcemu] Config: >> configs/optional.conf what should i do?

so now that works but when i log in with admin admin, it says its not a battlenet account... so i made an account named off my real account with the e-mail and everything and it says the pw doesnt work. please note, i did type reload in the logonserver and it said '2 accounts shown' or something of that nature... ive tried restarting the server and everything but it still seems to hate me.. any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks

May you please upload the file to another website aswell? I tried downloading, didnt pop up, reopened page, and it says im currently downloading the file according to my IP.
