Installing MaNGOS 3.1.3

I am having a problem when running the EXE's. MaNGOS.exe and realmd.exe. I go to run them and all they do is pop up and then close immediately,

EDIT: I forgot to bring the mangosd.config and realmd.config into my compiled folder. Der me.

New problem, it will not allow me to run with my server ip, only 127.0.0.1.
Only realmd.exe stays open.
mangos.exe runs, loads stuff, then closes immediately.

this is where it closes at....must mean i need to update the DB or I used the wrong UBD for it.

Quick question - I've run these before, but now I've set a new one up it connects to my server but then wants to update the game - how do I prevent this?
