How to create an ArcEmu Server (for a complete Noob or an advanced person)

Nice got my server running

logonserver and world on the control panel both dont work for me...saying ip not allowed or something on logonserver and for world it says realm registration timed out due to OnDisconnect () idk what to do...please help.....i tried to log in when these were doing this and it was succesfukl but my realms didnt show up! please help!i will +rep u as many times possible if u help!I just want my own server or at least have a server with AZ and full DB.Which no one will give me at there servers...i know C++ and LUA but no one wants me...owned 3 servers but my bro di most of teh work with teh DB stuff...please just help..il do whatever u want! =O

im looking at this and iv tryed setting up both AC and Emu servers this looks like a miz of the 2 . i could be wrong but when you make an account with Emu you use there accout creator. AC you use the SQL program. i would like to have more powers on my Emu i only know about az and its almost useless

Okay, i may have a solution. First, you may want to re-install, that could help. Second, if you did re-install, follow the rest of the guide and if it doesnt work, post again.
If you didn't re-install, or did and it didnt work still, do two things;
One: make sure you have .NET Framework 3.5, and
Two: make sure YOUR world of warcraft is version 2.4.3, no more no less.

Okay, make sure you have the right IP address listed in the configuration file for the arcemu-world. Second, make sure you open everything in the correct order. If this doesnt help, post back.

I've got the server running, mysql is doing wonderfully. I can log into wow, but I cannot create characters. Is this to be done using the database?
