How to create an ArcEmu Server (for a complete Noob or an advanced person)

when ever i click on ArcEmu the logonserver and world it don't work it says something about side by side configuration is incorrect

sorry is my fault i haven't been reading carefully! i putted it at c: and now it works! i can open all servers (login server, world server and mysql)... but then the next problem came, i can connect (means i type my user name and password it allows me to connect) but when i choose realm (i only have 1 realm) and click ok, the realm list disappears for 0.1 sec and came back) nothing happens! the first time when i start i can go to the character page, i try creating a character and it says creating character, it stucks since then, i restart the servers and try again becomes what happened above, many app. if u can help me with this! thanks!

ok if this program only works with 2.4.3 i think i know what happened....

I see the realm in the realm list but i can't connect to it ?
don't get any errors just won't connect sits there... says connecting in the background sort of.
