There was a large guide that explained In detail most of these commands, their uses, and general tips on when and how to use them, Along with other goodies.

Until I see something better then that, this copy and paste doesn't impress me much. Sorry =(

you do all these commands In-game.
The '.' A the beginning of any command makes it a command in game, It's the Game Master's '/'

'.Cheat God' and Enter while selecting yourself activates the god mode command on yourself.

Faction 35 is what your looking for.
That should make even a rabid rabbit nice.
Good luck as well. Factions and flags get as glitchy as formation links.
