Ummm... Your a retard this is techically not a custom item... All you are doing is replacing a old item. If you do this then you have to go to w/e mob(s) drop it and delete it off thier loot tables and either add it to a custom vendor or mob, or however you plan to use this. Yes, it is away the Red question Mark. But not really necessary unless u have like a i70 server and there is no use for low level items so they are basically null.
