You need to patch it only one time after installation.

NOOB GUIDE:Executin Batch Files

Right click on the connection you've made (in this case WotLK) then click the option "New Database", a window will pop up. Name the database to character and click ok.
Now you will see a "Characters" box appearing at the window, right click it and select
"Open Database"
after you have opened it you should see a list with options "Tables, Views..."
Right click on the box you've just made (characters) and select "Execute Batch file"
a window will appear. Click on the three dots button [...]. Browse to the Mogrein WotLK Repack -> Database, and select the file called Characters, now click [ok].
Now you'll see the window again (that three dot one) now just select
[Start] and wait until it finishes.
Now you've created a database to Characters.
Create databases for every other database files (".sql" files in the database folder) and don't forget to name the database with the same name as batch file.
For example if you have file "Mangos.sql" you create a database called "Mangos".

Ah fixed it but now it says DBC files are outdated even i use DBC files what are in this repack

1-god mode that makes you invencible (dont know the command)
2-One command that the mobs dont attack you(dont know the command)
