How do I start the server again.

After following these steps, lets say that I wanted to restart my comp, does it automatically startup right away. OR, do I have to find my config file and start it up from there? Please specify, thanks in advance.

Also, now that I got the Ascent and other stuff loaded, this means I can also create my own weapons right??

Is there any custom vendor/item pack working for this? Ive tried alot of different vendor packs but i get errors all the time. Is there any vendors in this pack also, maybe thats why i keep getting errors? (getting errors while executing in navicat) And yes, i did right

anyone know why my .additem might not be working? always give me an error saying you must select a creature, but i want to add an item to myself

and to fix you add item problem try .char additem (Itemnumber) without the pareenthesis

yea i ran into a problem also im gonna download that guys other database and reinstal NCDB if i get anywere ill give u an update
ok i knew playen some slayer would help me out here :P make a new database in sqlyog, name it NCDB then import the database that was in your NCDB folder into ur sqlyog, any problems with direction just post

OK breakthrough on this topic first
1. thx to Bloodkip for this repack and info but u didnt give enough so i needed to fool around a bit and thx to slayer cuz whenever i play cult on the guitar my brain spins outa controll with ideas


ok step 1. create several new databases in your SQLyog name them Arcchar, Arcworld, Arclogon, NCDB, and Arcemu

step 2. Make a folder on your desktop and name it NCDB right click it, and run an SVN checkout, for the URL adress at the top paste Revision 32: /, click ok

step 3. open ur NCDB folder, go to trunk, go to SQL, then extract your database thats in there, no need to download Bloodkips new one at the top of page 3

step 4: go to your SQLyog and rightclick your NCDB database and import the database u just extracted in step 3. after thats done click cancel and right click your NCDB data base and click refresh bunch of stuff should come up

step 5. go to your installer.bat in your NCDB/Trunk/SQL folder, right click, edit, password should be ur MYsql password and your database name should be NCDB. run ur installer and instructions pop up ez to read yes?

step 6. go to your NCDB folder, Trunk, Webinstaller, SQL, then rightclick the installer in there and click edit, Password should be ur mysql password and your database name should be Arcemu, save that

step 7. go to ur SQLyog and rightclick your Arcemu database and import the Arcemu.sql in there, that would be found in your web install folder. refresh ur sqlyog and thats good.

step 8. go to your webinstaller folder and open include folder, right click Config.inc and open with notepad. change the passwords to ur mysql password and change the database names to NCDB. save that

step 9. run your installer in your web install/ sql folder and install all the databases

step 10. i think thats all of it but if u have any problems post somthin ill help ya out

im so seriously confused first of you say make serveral new databases
but you only typed in five new ones...

After a all nighter i finally got it XD !!!!!!!!!!! and it only took refrencing the 7pages on here like eight times and downloads downlaods downs loads....nowi just wanna know how i update arcemu without screwing everything up O.o and how to update the database as well O.O

one, where did you get the NCDB... when i checkout from the location linked as revision 32 it gives me nothing

When signing in you need to keep "root" as the username. In the password field you need to also type "root" and it should work just fine.
