I have a small problem:

loading Mangos strings...

Initialize data stores...

Incorrect DataDir value in mangosd.conf or ALL required *.dbc files <55> not found by path: ./dbc


I have tried to insert some cases such as that of "Vmaps" (for example) on the value datadir but nothing works
please, what should i do ?

Im Trying to get A Wotlk DB either ascent db or a working mangos db but all the ones i have dont seem to work i have client and everything but a working WOTLK db. Can you run a mangos server for wotlk realm and a ascent server for TBC Realm?

got a small problem...at the part with "Run the enGB.It will create a folder named DBC" when i try to run it i receive an error

"the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click OK to terminate the application"


what should i do?

and another problem..i have 3.0.1.8334....is any patch from 8334 to 8471?...cuz i cant find it

i managed to create my own mangos server of WoTLK....but im in a dilemma....i done all those nasty shits but:
i start mangosd.exe which works fine
i start realmd.exe which works fine too
i start navicat which works fine too
i start WoW wotlk F&F ...and type my acc/pass.....says connected....says "you have been asigned to "naxxramas" realm...and in the next second....disconnected from server...

any mangos pro can help me?..is my first server in my life...and would be very bad to know that is a failure

Yea i'm having the exact same problem, i can't seem to get by it...... to bad the server wasn't ascent i know how to use that stuff lol.

plokami mate I been snooping around the databse... having fun but now I reached a bit of an issue. It seem best level for all characters is level 163 if you go beyong all your stats roll over and start from 0 so a character level 255 would have 23 str and 126 stam, but a char at 230 will have str 255 stamn 107m at level 167 you get str about 185 and stam at 255...

I only see 2 databases that can hold this info, bot in mangos:
player_classlevelstats
player_levelstats

If I have to look somewhere else let me know. Now if I wanna make a blood elf paladin, so I take it belf is race 10 and paladin is class 2.
so in class stats I add this one:
2 255 48000 35000
in levelstats:
10 2 255 493 264 489 272 273


Once I level up nothing... same thing happens, I get to 255 but stats have rerolled back from 0 so I end up with less stats than a level 70.

Frankly I wanted to create an uber character to check out some instances and raid places.

ive tried everything to get my realm up but it still doesnt work went thru guide after guide and still doesnt work can some one just create a wotlk ascent db plz?????????? mngos doesnt work with my stuff my tbc real is ascent but i still dont know mangos help....

dude u can't combine dbs... ascent is that and mangos is that...



I do have another problem... after messing about with character levels... not sure how it works but seems 255 is max you can have as stats... anyhow

My main concern now is the Portal to Quel'Danas in Shattran.... it doesn't work, says it is Locked.... how can I fix that and unlock it????
