to clear this up there is NO complete, bug-free 2.4 servers yet, there are some up, but are glitchy. so just be patient

I get the error Tossu gets too.. His picture is in like Finnish but in english it says;

Can't find the searchway.
Can't run the selected program.
Server Restarted 16:49 008-04-09

Over and over again, it restarts like every 0.1 seconds.

Does anyone know why this happens? One thing is that I don't have MySQL running, should I install it from the Repack?

Okay dude DONT use this repack its not true its just the ptr..... it still has all bugs.
