When I try to create a new character, I get this massive error:

None of the quest are on my ascent server.... none of the commands work.... the only thing that works are the vendors

Well, nevermind that error. Now the DB isn't saving items correctly or giving them to new players.

When i log on to my server everything is fine but no NPC's are spawned it never did this before on another repack
