ok so when i go to start logonserver and ascent i get some wierd stuff like sql: Connection failed. Reason was 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' <using password: YES>' sql: Logon database initialization failed. Exiting."

Try running "shutdown mysql password is root"
Then restart the application ( Start Back --> LogonServer ---> Ascent .. )

hey rav3n, I have a problem running Ascent.exe. I start it and it starts to run everything, but then disappears. Any suggestions?

Seems to me your map folder is fckd.
Try use the Repair.exe in wow Directory

Just tried and it Didn't work.Think this has anything to do with Mysql not being installed on my computer or something else?

i keep geting error when i try to run logonserver.exe and ascent.exe -_-

This application has failed to start because application configuration is incorrect. Reinstaling the application may fix this problem.

what can i do? i did everything by guide... can anyone help?

The mab repack is one of the best repacks out there today. Since its already all compressed you have almost nothing to do. One of my six public private servers uses mab's repack out of my 7500 players about 3450 play on mabs
