Sorry, but how? I Was looking on battle.net in my game management page and didnt find anything.
In downloads section on battle.net I got only game client(live version) and MoP PTR avaiable. No Beta client.

Try reinstalling via World-of-Warcraft-Beta-Setup-enGB.exe. It won't download anything and the alpha will then reappear in your battle.net client.

Some items wont work, because the client doesn't have display ids for them in the dbc/db2 files. They removed the field from item.db2, so I hat to link the item ids with display ids over 3 different db2 files. If additem doesnt work you just entered an id without a valid displayid

I don't see why they wouldn't work, you should use the list of ItemIDs from either Item-sparse.db2 or Item.db2. The ones that don't have any DisplayID anymore are those that their DisplayID only had an Icon and their ItemGroupSoundID which got moved to Item.db2 i.e. Hearthstone, Mage Food, etc.

I added all with a valid display id since people want to see weapons, etc, but some just dont have one atm and without a displayId in the db2 files it's not possible to show them ingame.

Hmmm, actually, I'm not too sure why it wouldn't be possible as it should be handled by the client and some packets for the bag part.
