I am not too god in LUA but i think the Housing script uses the Gambling Tokens as a currency to be able to spawn a house? Or does it spawn the House itself?

Yes, but you can modify the itemid required to make it anything.

well everyone can spawn house, door, table, chair but only if they have the tokens try #house and if u dont have enough tokens it will tell u how much u need.
