Easy weather change

In the next steps I'll show you how to change your weather easly with Lua script.
How-to use: There are few options, to change weather you'll need to write any of those commands into chat. Example: #sun, #rain, #hrain, #snow, #sstorm
Notice: Sandstorm will only work in some areas like Tanaris not everywhere.

It also makes temperature feel more realistic try 37.3 celsius to fahrenheit fever
