1 question tho. When you are looking at vote rewards it tries to find the item on wowhead to display a preview of it. Since my server is a custom funserver, is there any way i can make it display the custom item (like a image of the items stats for example)

I always credit where it belongs, just getting use to SQL calling, and function systems again. I like to code from scratch anyways, start with a design in photoshop, html code it, php code it, heavily test it, and finally release it. Poking around, not much I would use anyways, not my style of PHP I like to do. I like advance protocols with everything pre-functioned and encrypted with at least SHA1 + SALT with cache minimal active database connectivity system / function ( faster load times on populated pages. )

Decent, one suggestion, less room between the sections. You don't need about 40 pixels, 15-20 pixels is plenty, 5-10 pixels is what I prefer, but often people like more room.
