Which program gives you the error? You can always just download the DLL file and place it in the same directory as the program to try and fix it. http://www.dll-files.com/msvcp100.zip?0VJhVFUMfT

it seems a nice repack and its good to see Panex is still there (seemed dead for some time)
and i also have the DLL problem, its not the DLL file that is missing, but a missing string in the DLL file even if u download the file the server still wont start (both logon.exe and world.exe)
