Sadly no, he said that he was the last developer with these files, there's most likely 1-2 other Devs with the files, but I don't think those 2 Devs are on mmowned.

Kinda like the Phase system where you can create your own phase and do whatever you want there and you can set a password for your phase and stuff and there are no mobs/whatever in your phase and you gotta do it all from scratch.
