Rev 7a to rev8c have all the FULL DATABASE SQL BUGGED!

Since i try to update from 7 to another every time i get the same error while loading the database (any of it, blizz, custom, PvP..) in any of the repacks higher than 7.

Note: Im NOT updating the db's, i make a clean DB every time, and get the error at the same point.



Please notice me if someone solved this or the developer just don know about it.

What error do you get? Possibly you missed a few realmd or character updates along the way? Possibly you missed a few trinitycore.conf options?

Without error information it could be anything really, so if you want help with your issue, specify what the problem is.

Thanks for posting this up.

I'll do my best to patch anticheat into the upcoming repack.

Also if anyone has a customized trin2 YTDB 510 update, that's tested to install cleanly on my repack,
I could sure use that.. Otherwise I won't be able to get to the update till the end of the weekend.

in revision 8a , ulduar bosses in 10 and 25 are not attackable and Malygos are not attackable.

This is the problem:

I create a NEW and empty Db called world2

I make click on "Restore from SQl Dump"

With every db at arpoximate 80% of the process gives an error.

Every DB: blizz, instant 80 & custom

From repacks since 7a from 8c this error appears.

Do this:

.lo skill [skillname]
(yields skill result)

after using .lo skill you will find enchanting is skill 333

.setsk 333 450 450 -or- .setskill 333 450 450

Professions, as well as weapon proficiences once learned are skills and not spells. Hope this helps.

The application has faled to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.


Not sure what it all means :S Hope you can help

a side-by-side error means that your system lacks the files needed to run a program built with visual studio...

get the visual studio 2008 redistributable from Microsoft (vcredist_x86.exe, <2MB) and install it

yea,all of u who get "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." error,read mine or aurille's earlier posts (even pryd has posted it on first page)...just get the latest Visual C++ 2008 redistributable package,vcredist_x86 for 32 bit system or if u use a 64 bit system vcredist_x64...

Archknup,are u using navicat to import the databases? that problem usually happens if u use SQLyog to import world databases...

If I go near Wyrmrest temple, the emulator gives me a kind of spectral gryphon, which is not cancelable, but overwrites my used fly or ground mount. When I go away from the temple, the spectral mount disappears, I fall, and I die. This is the same situation with whole Icecrown and Storm peaks. (this kind of "mount" would appear only when I'm dead, not while I'm alive)

I using prycore 8c
