In your World.conf, go all the way down and it should say:

It's not like you explored the whole Northrend centimeter by centimeter and then found out how much every piece of land takes so you could calculate the % of the spawned monsters.

I got the repack setup and every thing works great, but for some odd reason mobs don't drop -any- loot except money. All mobs, bosses and trash alike.

Have any idea why this would be?

yea update to 3.0.8 eventually 3.0.8a and try to fix the "Mirror Image" Mage spell I really want to try it.
