I saw that it uses the same file as b1izz. dbc and are extractable grace a MpqEditor
etc ... And a lot of things would be easy!

That is a LOADED question
unfortunantly I dont believe in repacks

But core
It depends on what you want

Noob friendly and functional
Arcemu and Aspire

Good Quality Fully functional but still lacking some bells and whistles
Mangos

Mangos with some bells and whistles
Trinity

Even better
your going to pay out the rear for it from a custom core maker


This really is a loaded question since for starts All cores have its ups and downs

it has vehicles and all and It has noob instructions for the new ppl in the server world
