ok what are you runing as mysql the one in the repack o4r your own? and are u useing navicat?

im using the one in the repack and i got it sorta running but noone can connect anymore i hae my dns set up and all and itd set in the configs

that has nothing to do with why the website should give me a message saying

"you are restricted"

any one else have a clue?
