great repack +rep.. however, i can log on with 127.0.0.1 but i cant get my friends on.. it just goes to logging onto game server and then back to realm list.. i have been checking all of my configurations over and over and cant figure this out.. here is my realm.confg

i changed my host in windows system 32... ect

me and my freind were playing on another server i made today so i have no idea what is wrong. any ideas? thanks!

I can't really help with Hosting, I've never been able to host, Many things have been against me, Vista.. My router.... Constant errors... So in the end I gave up.

I had the same issue yesterday, never before with hamachi or ascent.

I posted the same issue on this site and never got any feedback.

Now if it works publicly and locally with hamchi, or another version that you were hosting and you dhavent chnaged anything, obviously the ports are forwarded properly, and firewall was turned off.

Not everyone is running the same type of network, maybe dydns, maybe zoneedit, maybe a static ip with there own dns windows or linux server.

this setting I have read that it should be set to your router assign ip on the lan.

then I read someplace it it should be your outside static ip lan

so much information, which is right?

The info should come from someone running this repack and use his setting, IF they have the same network setup as you, or it might not work, or it might work from outside (internet) and it wont work on your own computer on your external internet.

We are talking above about a dedicated server running the wow server, and a different computer running the wow game on your network at home.


Don't mean to confuse the issue, but you don't know how to fix the problem, untill you get the right information.

Upload install.php so somebody can look at it.

To everybody that can't load the server: EDIT YOUR CONFIG FILES IN THE CONFIG FOLDER!
