You cannot get any Releases/Revisions/Databases like these.

If you dont like these releases, go get a repack.

I do not really understand what you're trying to tell us.

It sounds to me like he is trying to say that when he logs a character in, the blue status bar goes all the way to the end then stops, and the world never comes up, but the console says there is a player online.

There is quite a bit going on when the status bar is moving and when it reaches the end, the emu should be at an enter world state. It may be, depending on the emu, that it is not connecting to the World Server at that point, or there is some thing with an item or action button spell that is not quite right. Perhaps the database did not load properly when he set thing up, or there are problems with the connection information in a config file for the World Server.
