To use this database you must extract it from the .rar ..
Then start the tool , insert correct info.
You might have to create the db,s too , if it dont do it its self..

Yes they do , And it´s up to you wich one you would like to use ..

But i prefer WhyDB..

I would say WhyDB , becuse it seems more organised hehe..
It seems like more ppl are using whydb than NCDB..
