Just wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the webpage running.

EDIT:Was also wondering if anyone could tell me how to get past the realmlist loop where it says "logging onto gameserver" for about 1 second and then loops back to the realmlist. Any help is appreciated and I will +rep whoever helps when I can.

Here are a few options for websites... Ones with hamachi some without and others with different server platforms. Find the one that suits you best my friend and use it.

Well, that's cool, but I really need help with the realmlist loop first, since it's preferable to have a server that one can log into before one has a website for it. Thanks anyway though.

oop...i figured out my prob...i had to go into C:\2d's darkness repack\mysql\mysql\bin\my.cnf and change it to port 3307(just something diff)

because i had previously used 3306 for my old server so it was still set to it...so what i did was dumped the sql's from yours and put it in my 3306 controlled ones and changed my ascent.conf files to my port and mysql pass and now its fine

PS: anyone still want the .SQL dumps too? ill up them if so (tell me where...cause i use rapid and apparently alot of u guys dont like them :P)

Here is a fix for the Item part of the Database!

Step One: Delete your Cache file in your WoW Folder
Step Two: Replace files in Mysql/mysql/data/ascent with these filles and your good to go.

well those will...its all the new stuff you should be wondering about lol...and just try it...its not super huge file or hard to set up (unless u have my trouble lol)...just download....best way to find out

O.o i have a strange thing going on with the quests.

They work but instead of showing the name of the quest when you get the quest from npc it's showing the entire quest log.

Good work with Dk 2d. I've only found 2 bugs that are : Death Grip, Blood Presence.

Anyone has this quest problem?

so the items are fixed now? i downloaded and installed yesterday the V1.2 but items we're still bugged and my FDE can't open npc's... updated version V1.3 fix this ? or wat navist posted will do the job ? halp

Great Repack, but i have only 1 problem.......I put the server online with Hamachi and it all worked only...if i try to create an character it says there's an error in MySql

Added just a database download, going to make another big update later on in the week with alot of fixed things.

to edit/add accounts just go into the logon database under the table accounts.

I think im having problems. I have run 1) mysql and 2 hours later its still running.
All i have on screen is

I had vista on this machine before and hasd the same problem seems to get stuck so installed xp and i still have the same problem. Is there anything i can do to get past this.

hey 2d,

great job with the repack. I have downloaded it and checkked it but i saw some bugs.
THe vendors are not working, when i click on them i get; no selltemplate found etc... on every vendor.
As a DK i cant get off the start point.

Is there anything i needed to do first to get it working what i haven't done?
If not, i hope this is helps you when you make another update.
