What you need is a program by the name of Appserve 2.5.10, which can be downloaded from <http://www.appservnetwork.com/index.php?newlang=english>.
This will give you (all in one shot): Apache 2.2.8, PHP 5.2.6, MySQL 5.0.51b, phpMyAdmin-2.10.3. Just do yourself a favor and get the 2.5.10. Avoid 2.6.0, it gives an incompatible version of MySQL, which needless to say we don't wish to deal with, right?
I know there is a red [NO QUESTIONS HERE] on this whole section, but since everyone else is asking questions (and blatantly ignoring that request), I do have a question of my own.
It's regarding the az.exe extractor that comes with this repack. I have copied it to the root WoW client directory, created an empty maps folder, and hit run as you are apparently supposed to do. The problem is (with this one and every other az.exe variant I've tried) that I get about halfway through the map extraction process when I hit mapID 556 - NetherstormBG, which instantly crashes ad.exe, forcing the process to a screeching halt. What can I do to get around this problem? Would anyone be kind enough to package their extracted maps folder and shoot me a link that I can download directly? Or even a workable az.exe that will actually extract 556 and keep going instead of doing a Coyote-off-the-cliff?
Thank you.
