ok, i just downloaded the dk fix and now i cant create another char! whenever i try to make another char, dk or not, i get disconnected. and when i try to log on with an exisiting char, it says login failed. can anyone help me with this?

i download all this stuff i got disconnected 2 when creating dk
downloaded the fix now im going to try to log in on server and create the DK

no problems logging in and creating DK or any other char

did you change the flag option that maybe you problem
other thing might be that you dont have a level ((50) dont know exact requierments) char

thanks for the repack

to search press: Ctrl + F

on arcemu-logonserver.conf search for this:
<LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"

change it to ascent (don't need to but it's an exemple can be anything)


then go to arcemu-world.conf and search for this:
<LogonServer DisablePings = "0"
RemotePassword = "change_me_world">

change it to ascent

and now problem fixed

I'v tried this 30million times...

@ do0dles and Devil93 and other people having that "authentication failed" or "authentication timed out" in the arcemu-world. I had same problem, go to configs. Open "arcemu-logonserver.conf",scroll down and do this

"<LogonServer RemotePassword = "change_me_logon"
AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.0/24"
AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.0/24">"

This should work now. Yay!

Still getting the same problem with this also, or the logonserver will not even load.

i turned off the flag fo dk so i dont need to make a lvl 55 but i can even log in with a any char arfter downloading fearkings stuff


EDIT: oh yeah whenever i kill or cast a spell on any npc, my client crashes. any help?

heres my problem... the dbc extractor quits in like half a second on start up... so i cant see the error message. il try to stop it, but i dono if i can. anyway, anyone know why this may be happening? Thanks

EDIT: Also, where is the mysql and apache start??? plus, can u help me w/ the database thing?? apparently, mysql doesnt like two databases with different usernames and passwords... :[

You'll probably have to edit the bat file and change enGB to enUS or whatever your language is. its set to enGB by default so it won't work with anything else unless you change it

can anyone point me in the right direction in getting into northrend instances i can't seem to find out. i have alot of scripts but i just can't get into any. says instance not available.

everything from this repack is working fantastic. The ONLY issue im having at the moment is the items for Deathknights and spells are not there.
