I've installed everything as per instructions, I've also looked through the thread. I'm currently running retail WoTLK 3.0.3.9183 using the newest repack, and have created my user accounts and set wotlk and gm levels, Once I try to login to WoTLK I get this...

Deathnight, Awsome job, i have compiled my own 3.0.3 core installed the FDB so i know how much of a pain this can be to make it work right.+Rep+Rep Ive got mine up and running and everything is working great except... i cant run the vmap extractor on any computers i have, they all error out either on the extract or the compile. is it possible someone can upload the compiled vmaps so i can add these to my pserver?
I would appreciate it. Im also learning alot of DB linking stuff now, so if you have any questions about DBerror: blah blah does not exist.. let me know ill see if i can help.

From what I understand, the retail client 9183 is not compatible with the core your running, you either need to use an older client or a newer core

ye core is awsome but question is can ya release source? i changed your db to udb made it work with udb to ..event got the items and other stuff what was added in your db now it would help so much if ya post your source ans we all start developing the db (spawns.items ,objects and so on)

I'm trying to make mine public. I've changed my WoW and Navicat realmlist, realmd.config, and mangosd.config to my Hamachi IP but now I get an error when I run realmd and mangosd:

Database: (my IP);3306;root;(pass);realmd
ERROR:Could not connect to MySQL database at (my IP): Host 'Apocalypse' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

ERROR:Cannot connect to database


I've never experienced this with other repacks but I assume the problem is with me. Anyone have an idea what's going wrong here?

Ok, I got the server working now...



But... is anyone else having the problem that all the new gear shows up as grey and has no stats???

yes i'm experiencing that too. Statless items everywhere, although some do show up correctly, strange enough (i think it was some of the warrior's T6 that showed the stats ok). i noticed that even tho the attribute stats are invisible, they still are boosted.

not sure if anyone else experiencing this as well, but spell power doesn't seem to be applying correctly.

i have the same problem.... i think is the database ... anyway.... anyone here play as a mage ? cuz there is a major bug at mage class.... the mage full equiped has 0 spell dmg... WTF????! can anyone help me plz ? thx.

Why you share a private server which isn't completed?It doesnt have all the npcs in northrend and a lot of instances are empty and the most basic raid with the Lich King is empty.And i am speaking for the new repack 3.0.3 (9183)

Well if u don't like it it's always a solution! Don't download! or a simple one .. get out of here ... (a full database can't be completed in just 1 week .... )

So peple can experience the new expansion... completed or not!! I answered ur question now answer mine! Why is it that it's always leachers doing the bitching and most likely it's the ones who don't know how to get it to work?
