plz oh plz.. i just crashed trying to use sqlyog so im guessing i need to use navicat which is going to take hours upon hours..

Unfortunately I can't provide you with a cleaned 8820 database (yet) as it's still loading into Navicat (20 hours now...). I only found out about this issue on the 8788 repack. But since the 8820 database is over 400mb big, I assume the same issue resides here as well (as I stated before he probably just added more scripts to his already existing database that he kept using on his own server).

I also believe that it's because of the extra data (characters, guilds, groups, etc) that SQLyog keeps erroring when you import the DB (remember, it gave us an error at some of the character tables!)

Unfortunately, I'll be leaving for a field trip tomorrow and won't return till next Thursday. So either be patient and wait that long or have faith that Moffeman heard my plea and cleans his database before I return.

you can use the mysql-front .a small software,to existing the database.ok?

I used MySQL-Front already (in fact, I tried loads of database tools to try to load the 8820 db faster), but it's as slow as Navicat and freezes up occasionally before continueing

Hey, Anyone know how to enter the Stratholme Past instance? Cus you cant just walk through the instance portal in caverns time, maybe cus you have to do some quests to be elidible i dunno anyway, i've tried .tele oldstratholme, it just comes up with Invalid map cord errors.

Any quicker way of entering the instance without to doing the quests/other things required

Alright, it's been almost 24 hours now using Navicat v.8, and it's at about 25%. If anyone knows a way to speed up the process please post it, I really want to try this out.

How do you load one .sql file into four different databases using Navicat? Characters, Mangos, Realmd, scriptdev2?

Pwnt try SQL-Front took 15mins for me.. navicat wanted to take 3days

Jezee the database loads all the realms, characters, scriptdev2 and mangos into the same database. just point your .conf files to the 1 database

Thanks man, I had just started using SQL-Front when I saw your post. The est. time for SQL-Front is 20 minutes, Navicat's is 3+ days . Navicat fails. SQL-Front wins.

USE SQL-FRONT, NOT NAVICAT!
20 minutes with SQL-Front beats 3 days with Navicat.

I got alot of "errors" too but they didn't seem to mean anything in the end.
