Wotlk Single Player Project! With Control Panel

Hello,
I am new to SPP and private servers in general.

I thought if I downloaded trioncontrolpanel, installed the SPP, I would be able to run the game like an *.exe file. But I cannot. I also tried to ask a question on Discord, but everything is in spanish and I do not understand.
Would you provide some guidance?

Context:
I downloaded Trion Control Panel and pressed "Install S.P.P." However, after completed installation, the "World" button and "Logon" button does not light up.

I checked the directory, and this is all that I found in the folder after completing download.

The total size of this folder is just over 5 gb.

Am I missing something? Do I have to download the client game itself from a different source? Do I have to download and set up my own domain using noip.com as well as MySQL like how the other servers are telling me? Any help would be appreciated.
