Quite nifty, perhaps this would work with letting clothies wear plate? Although your guide is some what incomplete as you did not thoroughly explain WHAT PARTS exactly to hex edit, or what to look for in that matter.

I think It's because each node has it's own part that needs to be edited.
Also, I don't think It can let clothies wear plate, as it's a proficiency, like a skill. Take the paladins, for exemple, they can't use Plate straight away after being created, they need to get to 40 (It is 40, right?) in order to LEARN that skill.
It's not like a restriction.

Theres nothing specific to remove, your just changing basically all the values you see to 0's. It's a bit hard to explain, but once you do it once its easy.

Also, you people have the wrong idea. This applies to OBJECTS only. Not items, not spells, not ingame features. Objects. All Item edits were fixed, and none of the other caches have a use, i've tested them all.
