Yea I highly doubt that you could get donation item's though a hacked item cache.

i think its possible but u probably need a Gm cache for a part of the code
not sure...

Well I didnt try with cache editing but I tried with CE... I know all IDs so I can just change any item into a donor item... but I dont know if the stats on the donation item will be applied to u O.o I'll check that later

You'd pretty much need the ID of the tabby (which only GM's knows)
So, i highly doubt it

U can get item id's if you already have the item, i have a code somewhere which tell you item ids of the item in top left corner of your bag, works on custom items.
