This exploit is an oooooold exploit that works on 2.1.x(if i remember) TBC servers.
However, since item cd,spell cd are check by server side. This doesn't work at all anymore....

Still thank you for contributing, and I hope it will re-work some day xD

edit: nvm doesnt work, only worked with the items i edited my cache to work with
coz i was testing the spell swap with the trinkets and for some reason the trinkets i was changing have no cooldowns anymore
because i was having trouble when i changed some of the spell hexes they had CDs of the original item so i just used this and the CDs for the spells were gone
