HI ! IM playing on xxxx server which is based on ArcEmu / Heartstone.
Sorry if this is a repost, if it works to you i will be happy

1. You must be in a guild with guild bank.
2. You must have atleast 1 key in your keyring bag, so you can use it.
3. Get BoE item (not working with soulbonds) and put it in any slot in guild bank.
4. Open your keyring slot / bag and put item from bank there.

I use it as 32 bag Sorry my english suck. I hope it will works for you too.
