Ah I realized I made an error. I assumed that there was an enEU, where really the europe IS enGB, so enEU does nothing.

Also, can someone tell me if the enGB even works? If not, can someone upload there enGB file and ill try to see what I can do to make a enGB version.

If it isn't already working for the realm, then it probably will never work. The cache is still the same, and so will the edits.
