It will give you a different IP to connect to a server.

Thats all the steps to it.

doesnt work at all for me...

every time i try to download it, winrar gives me a error that says "unexpected end of archive"

same thing when i try to unzip it

i think it has to do with the actual download taking like 1 second, any ideas on how to fix this?

It only has about 9 IP's.
