they made so all the necks have zero charges in the server i use to test,so i can't test it anymore,anyway is up to you if you want to believe me or not,just try it

don`t work on ascent i take only 3 hp reg ..

A healer with around 2.8k healing will heal the group for 340k. ~

i havent found it posted anywhere.thats why i posted it here.And it worked on ascent patched with 2.4.3, try using it in arena or instance
