What if you type
/roll 98-100 or something ? Will they notice it ?

In raids, when the leader say when an item is rolling, can you type /roll 100 -100 ?

Ofc you can... But nothing will happen


Edit: Ofc there will be a roll between 90 and 100... But the other players will see it like:

Cursed rolls. Score: 90 (90-100)

So they will know if you 'cheated'
