WARNING: This is not my found, I only copied it from Deathsoft.com, credits go to Mang0s from Deathsoft.

Ok, with this bug you can cast like 10x faster.

Here is what to do:

Step 1 - Get as much haste as possible through haste gear.

Step 2 - Make another account on that server or just hack someone elses (name A password A is a common one lol) and make an opposite faction hunter.

Step 3 - Bring your two characters together somewhere and have both PvP flagged.

Step 4 - Have your caster that you are reducing your speed on fully naked.

Step 5 - Have your hunter lay down a snake trap and let yourself die (sometimes if you don't get 4 or more mind numbing poisons on you it doesn't work, if not just try again and try to stay alive as long as possible.)

Step 6 - Rez up, and re-equip all your haste gear you had on previously, and your spells will be ridiculously faster than what they would normally be with the haste.

I personally haven't tested it yet, but I think it will work.
