Server for testing hacks

I think there is a type of private servers that is "desperately" needed:

The 'feel free to hack'- server!

A server with no serverside hack-preventing, gms only to abuse their powers and a total anarchy amongst the players, as the one with strongest cheat-programs wins!6):

Seriously, we need a server (hosted by somebody from here or somwhere) to test these exploits, hacks, filters and whatnot. Maybe one with most up-to-date versions, and one with some 'older' emu versions.

Just make your own server... Its not that hard and you can test on it whatever you want

Try Devils Advocate hacking is aloud there and its on the newest revision as far as i know
